  • "Let me start by saying what a great dealership this is. Up until a few years ago I always had someone around to work on my bike for me so I never worried about repairs and upkeep. I was very skeptical the first time bringing my softail into the service department (thinking I would be taken advantage of since I was a single female). I was SO wrong. Will and his crew in service have taken excellent care of me and “my baby” every time I have needed service. The parts dept is efficient and knowledgeable and the motorclothes ladies are wonderful.. I have joined the H.O.G. group and have been made to feel very welcome there too. A special shoutout to Will for helping me over the phone on Saturday the 13th. You will never know how that made me able to get through a terrible day. Thanks to everyone at Down Home."

  • "Did the Rider to Rider transfer. I live two hours from Down Home. Dusty went above and beyond to answer all my questions. When I arrived Saturday to finalize everything he had all the paperwork ready and the bike ready to roll. Super friendly staff and very easy to get along.   • "A group of us, Harley riders, planned a trip to Down Home HD, on the way to the dealership I experienced a check engine light. Being 1.5 hours from home, I visited the service department which was open, and talked with Bob at the service counter. He took me right in, troubleshot the problem and replaced the faulty part with no problem. They worked past the normal closing time of 5:00 pm on a Sunday and took great care of us and repaired my 2016 HD Ultra Limited Low. This dealership is awesome and the staff is some of the best I have ever run across and I appreciate all they did for me and my wife. 5 star service and extremely friendly and helpful, thanks again for everything."

  • "Had a frustrating electrical issue that was causing bike to dangerously loose power at highway speeds. I had replaced cam and crank sensor three months earlier so I knew they weren’t the culprit. Afters hours on the internet ( where everyone’s a expert) and with a planned ride to the coast drawing near, I called Down Home Harley on Thursday afternoon. Unlike other shops I had heard about they didn’t schedule me a week out. Bob asked ” can you have here Saturday morning?”. I got the bike to Down Home, Bob got the bike to service and two hours later ( which gave me time to meet the nice ladies in the motor clothes dept.) Will returned with the diagnosis (take a wild guess what it was); bad cam sensor… Who’d a thunk it. Well since a had bought the part from Down Home three months earlier they covered it no questions asked.

    I learned three things through this process : 1. “Mechanics” on the internet may not know it all, 2. Buy genuine Harley Davidson parts; they back them and it will save you headaches in the long run, and 3. Will and his knowledgeable service department will be the only ones touching my bike from that day on. They have the equipment to diagnose the issue, which keeps you from throwing parts at a problem, which saves you time and money."

  • "My wife and I just bought a 2011 Wide Glide. Wasn’t really planning on getting one until next year, have just been shopping around. Brought my wife in for the first time to see what she liked and the ladies in motor clothes showed her around the store. It’s like they had been friends for years, I think she was more excited about the clothes than the bike. Everyone there was fantastic, From motor clothes to parts, to service, our salesman and the manager everyone was there for us. Couldn’t ask for better service. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and I’ll be back frequently."

  • "We have been customers since 2006 and always had exceptional service in both sales and service. Will Hoyle, Service Mgr, manages to always work us in for service appointments at our convenience. He goes out of his way to ensure that we receive excellent service and care. Down Home Harley is a very friendly, customer oriented environment. The entire staff treats us like family. We have traveled to many Harley dealerships in many different states and can honestly say the Down Home is the best!!"

  • "I was going to wait until next year to purchase my Harley, several things changed my mind. When I walked in and my wife and I were greeted with a shout out from the ladies in apparel. I looked around for a few minutes and walked by THE Super Glide, my wife does not believe me but I swear there was a voice coming from the bike that said, buy now, the dealership must have removed the recorder. The salesman, Wayne, asked can I help you, not pushy, and with a tone that said, I can help. Wayne listened to what I was looking for showed me all my options and closed the deal. I left with the bike I wanted and the price range I set for myself. Do not pass this dealership up, every department from service to parts is top notch. I feel at home at Down Home Harley."

  • "I have been bringing my Electra Glide down there since I bought it last august, and Will, Bob, and the guys in the back, have gone above and beyond my expectations with their service. I drive 100 miles round trip just to come there, when there is a Harley dealership here in my hometown. My bike today rides and sound better than it did when I first bought it. Thanks guys.
