The best service Ive ever had buying a vehicle. I feel like before we left we were friends with the whole staff. This place really treats you like royalty. Rama was so patient with us and he made sure we left with exactly what we wanted. Theres no need to ever go to another HD dealership because Down Home is hands down the best for all your Harley needs.

I just purchased my 2021 Road Glide from the team at Down Home. I visited three other HD dealers in the area and by far the folks here were the best. The purchase and pricing were very transparent and John and Butch were accommodating when it came to my wifes and my crazy schedules. I would highly recommend Down Home for purchasing a new HD.I will be using the service department for maintenance and I am hopeful that the experience I had on the front end will be similar on the back end.

Dusty in service got my Bassani exhaust done in 2 days, when he said it would take longer. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating at HD. Alisha at the front lines assisted me with a few accessories as well! Man this place is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and they still treat you that way AFTER the sale. Some businesses dont even recognize you AFTER the fact.

From start to finish my experience was seamless. Went in just to look around and fell in love with a 22 low rider S in gunship grey. Within a few days I had hopped on and away I went riding into the sunset!Was instantly greeted by staff at customer counter. When asked about what I needed, they directed me over to see John Miller aka Pokey Man who went over the basics. I got qualified in no time on HD website. Butch is the finance mgr who was able to tweak my rate down a bit. He had all my paperwork set and ready to sign. After sealing the deal, I was introduced to Daniel at the parts counter. He is such a nice guy whos down to earth and honest. Wont steer you into spending unnecessary cash on something that wont be beneficial to you. Very knowledgeable on whats out there regarding accessories and such!Next up I met with Cricket who was helpful and got me situated with my purchasesand a gift card I had won! Kaitlyn who came from another dealership just recently was also helpful. Gabe got me properly fitted for my helmet. Apologies to anyone I may have left out.If youre in the market for a Harley, stop here at Down Home. Everyone is friendly and professional. They treat you as if youre their best customer theyve ever had. I didnt have the same experience with purchasing my last Harley in my home state! This was one of the most professional, profound , excellent place of business I have ever encountered. From Rama the most amazing salesman, the owner, financial people, I mean these days customer service is so hard to encounter but this establishment went above and beyond and stayed with us thru whole process, we never felt pressure, actually the opposite they work with you, they are so unique. After the sale they consider you family you meet all staff in parts, etc which absolutely made us feel 100 percent confident we went to the right place. I would highly recommend this location they left a long lasting impression and any Harley business will always be with them. Just stopped by on the way back to Maryland because I like to find Harley places & look around. Plus I'm very interested in getting a bike so it's fun to stop in. I have always felt welcome in any Harley place I've been too & Down Home was no different! The lady who checked us out was extremely friendly! She was just a genuinely nice person! The bike selection was huge!

I cannot recommend Down Home Harley highly enough. This was the first and, because of the great experience, last dealership I visited. Rama Pendergraph, the sales rep I worked with, is deeply knowledgeable and experienced. A skilled rider, he devoted all the time I needed to be educated on the different models and, before I made my final decision, Rama accompanied this very new and apprehensive rider on a test ride of two different models. Dan Roland, the owner, answered all of my questions and was transparent and fair with regard to the purchasing experience. Ellen Roland then did a fantastic job of walking me through the financing. The entire staff shined as I did my final "walk" through the shop. I give Down Home my highest recommendation.

We were broke down and limped to Down Home. We have a 2013 Electra glide and they had all the parts we needed right there. Dusty and his crew took us right in and fixed us up and got us back on the ride knees to the wind. The entire staff there were awesome and super friendly. It took 4 hours to fix but time flew while we were there. Whenever we are in the market for an upgrade we will definitely look here first. Thank you again!

Super cool place! I racked up on the clearance aisles :) The sales staff were very friendly and very informative. They have the coolest pic of an infant in a harley helmet. I was told that this was the owner and his baby. Super adorable!

Dan the owner, the lady doing the financial paperwork and Darren the sales manager were very helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough of going through the process of purchasing my new CVO. Afterwards they showed me all the controls and walked me through the new technology with ease. Would definitely recommend them to anybody. Great dealership. You should be proud.
